In detail what the Olympiakos guard said:

For the presence in the Final 4: “It’s a blessing. Going to a third Final 4 is a dream come true. I am very grateful and very humbled by this opportunity. The bigger the occasion, the better I play. I always play well in those moments. My mind goes away and I follow my instincts. I love going to the postseason and obviously the Final 4. That’s why I work so hard all year.”.

For the semi-final with Real: “Having played in two Final 4s, you obviously have experience. Certainly my experience will help, as will the rest of the team. We have a very experienced team and we know what is required”.

On facing his former team: “It’s cool that the first time I face them will be in the Final 4. It will be very special for me. I am very excited for this challenge”.

On what makes a team successful: “The first is sacrifice. You have to put the team before yourself. The coach has done a great job. This is the most important thing. In this profession, with contracts, with money involved, players making their own careers. Sacrifice is the first ingredient”.

On the fact that he can win the title with a different team: “I hope so. My whole career since I started playing has been built around winning. I always play to win. I am lucky to have played in very good teams and won a lot in my career. I think the dna of the winner is in me”.
