Tsitsipas fought back, but Alkarath was ‘elusive’ and advanced to Roland Garros semi-finals

However, his reaction was excellent and with a terrific run he brought the match to a tie for 3-3, with the two tennis players balanced until the continuation of the set, which was led to the tie break. Despite his steady hits and his first lead in the match, Tsitsipas saw Alkarath constantly coming back and finally making a… damning, as it turned out, break for 4-3.

The Spaniard left at +2 (5-3) and despite the fact that Tsitsipas was temporarily reduced, he finally took the victory-qualification with 6-4 (3-0 sets).
