Ozdoev: “I’m more than happy with the season that’s over”

In Meso of his hometown he spoke Magomed Ozdoev and gave his review of the season gone.

The 31-year-old said that he is more than pleased since the year as it went with PAOK and had a contribution to winning the championship.

For the year ended: “I’m more than happy with this season that’s over. This is the most productive season of my career. I scored eight goals, which I’ve never done before, I hadn’t scored so many goals in a season. I played almost all the matches and there were many of those games that I started in the eleven.”

For differences in Greece: “It’s unusual to play so many games in one season compared to Russia, but the league in Greece takes place in two phases and we have progressed a lot in the European competition this year, starting from the Conference League by qualifying for the groups and reaching the quarter-finals. I played in the European games all the time sometimes as a starter, sometimes as a substitute.

In winning the championship, I had an important contribution, since I started almost all the matches from the first minutes and took part in a great title for PAOK. So I had a good season.”
