AO Mykonos made a big splash in transfers, as it acquired Panagiotis Filippakos. The 30-year-old power forward played for the last three years in the Basket League, in AEK, Apollon Patras and Maroussi. At the same time, guard Konstantinos Efstratiou renewed his cooperation with the Cyclades.

He won the B/Ethnic championship with Panionios in 2016 and was a member of the best five in the league, Anodo in the Basket League in 2017 with Faros Keratsiniou, while in 2021 – before moving to AEK and A1 – with Panerythraikos he recorded 15.6 p and 7.7 rib. per game being the league’s leading rebounder.
