Karditsa announced Nate Watson

The American athlete is the first transfer reinforcement for the new season and will be an important cog for the new ASK team that is being created.

He is 26 years old (born in Portsmouth, Virginia on October 19, 1998) and with a height of 2.08 m and a weight of 118 kg plays as a center. As a teenager, he excelled in the US high school championships and managed to join the program of the prestigious Providence College, where he played for five years and graduated as the record holder in the history of the college. He played in 154 games (101 as a starter), scoring 1,750 points and collecting 714 rebounds. In his last season in Providence, he won the Big East championship with his team, reaching the 16 best teams in the USA, with himself in 28 minutes of participation having 13.3 points and 5.2 rebounds.

His professional career began in the fall of 2022 with Niebuhrk, which he helped reach first place in the regular season and all the way to the semi-finals of the Czech league. Competed in 51 matches with m.o. participation 15.7 minutes and 9.6 points and 4.2 rebounds. In the same year, he played with his team in Europe and the Champions League with 8.5 points and 5.5 rebounds in 21.3 minutes of participation.

Last season, he played for Serbian FMP, with whom he participated in the Serbian league, with whom he reached the semi-finals of the league where he was eliminated by eventual champions Red Star. He also played in the Adriatic League and overall in the season he had 6.9 points and 3.1 rebounds in 16.2 minutes of participation in 36 games.

He also won the bronze medal with the US National Team at the 2019 Pan American Games.
