The “red and white” Amateur announced for the next four years the acquisition of the 18-year-old wonderkid, who emerged as the top scorer of A2 with NEP, which he helped to climb to A1 men’s polo, while he was also the top scorer of the National Juniors in the European Championship 2023.
In detail, the announcement:
“OLYMPIACOS SFP announces the start of its collaboration with Spyros Lykoudis. The young regional player (born 25/10/2006, 1.87m) signed his new four-year contract and joins the roster of the club’s men’s polo team.
The 17-year-old polo player is considered one of the wonderkids of the 2006 generation, one of the “golden” children of Greek polo. The statement of Spyros Lykoudis: “I am very happy that I will compete in the biggest team both in Greece and in Europe. It’s a dream I’ve had since I was little and I’m very grateful to the people of Olympiakos for giving me the opportunity to make it come true. I hope that I can also contribute so that the team achieves all its goals.”
