Raptors president on Vezenkov: “We’ll see if we have developments in the next few days”

For his case Sasha Vezenkov asked their president Raptors.

Masai Ujiri stated that there is good communication with both the Bulgarian forward and his agent, leaving the future open of the player to the Canadians.

Beyond that, the group’s strongman believes there may be developments in the Vezenkov case in the next dayswhile there is still the scenario that these will occur after a few months.

Meanwhile, Raptors reporter Michael Grange reports that the 28-year-old forward expected normally in the preparation of the Canadians.

“We continue to assess the situation. I spoke to Sasha, his representatives, the general manager and the coach. I believe we will have developments within the next few days or we will see if it takes a few months. We got a player from a trade and I think we had good communication. We have good communication with the manager and his former team. We’ll see how it develops“, were the words of the Canadian president.

Last summer, Vezenkov moved to the NBA for the Kings, who a few weeks ago traded him to the Raptors. From there, the Bulgarian does not seem willing to continue on the other side of the Atlantic, having agreed to return to Olympic.
