Abby Andrews will be the new Olympiakos winger. The “red and white” Amateurs announced the acquisition of the 24-year-old Australian regional player for the next year, so that she can be strengthened with a great move in attack and help her stand out again in Greece and Europe.
Andrews has experience from American Universities and has also competed in Rome, while she was “present” at the Olympic Games in Tokyo and will also compete in those in Paris in a few days with the kangaroos.

“OLYMPIC SFP announces the start of its partnership with Abby Andrews. The Australian regional international (born 28/11/2000, 1.79m) has signed her new contract and joins the roster of the club’s women’s polo team.
The left-handed international began her career with the Queensland Thunder (University of Queensland). She then made the ‘leap’ to college water polo, competing with the University of Michigan in the US.
In Michigan, in fact, with the 70 assists and 126 goals she scored, she achieved a record for a rookie pole vaulter, leading her team to win the championship (CWPA) in 2019, while she was named rookie of the season. Thanks to her outstanding performances, Abby Andrews moved to Europe and to Roma, Italy in 2022.
He is a key member of the Australian national team and will be present at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. However, despite being 23, he already has Olympic experience, having competed with Australia in Tokyo 2020 (ninth place). The 23-year-old regional has also competed with her country in two world championships.
