Kostas Keramidas will sit on the Panserraikos bench next season. The management of the Macedonian team announced the hiring of the 59-year-old, former federal coach of the Women’s National Basketball Team, in order to keep it comfortable in A1 with its return to the big “living rooms”.

“MGS Panserraikos announces the start of the collaboration with Kostas Keramidas for the 2024-25 season. The successful, former federal coach, will lead the women’s team of Panseraikos in its return to the A1 National category.
Kostas Keramidas was born on March 21, 1965 in Athens. In 1996 he started his coaching career in the women’s team of Agia Paraskevi and, until now, he has been a coach in the women’s teams of Ilioupoli Academy, Hesperides Kallithea, Asteras Exarchia, Sporting, Athenaikos, OA Chania, Solna from Sweden, Cegled from Hungary, PAOK and Panathinaikos.
– He has coached the men’s teams of Amarousiou, Ionikos NF, Apollon Patras, Aigaleos, Agia Paraskevi, Hermis Agias, Koroivos Amaliadas and Jiangsu Dragons from China.
– From 1999 to 2001 he coached the National U21 team for men and women. He was on the technical team of the men’s national team alongside Panagiotis Giannakis in 2005 and 2006.
She is considered the most successful coach of all time as a national women’s national team since 2015, finishing fourth at the 2017 European Championships and ninth at the 2018 World Championships.
