OLYMPIAN S.F.P. announces the start of his collaboration with Sofia Tornarou. The international defender (born 23/7/2004) signed her new contract and returns to the roster of the club’s Women’s polo team.
It is the second “term” of Sofia Tornarou in the red and white cap. In the three years 2020-23, the 20-year-old defender, one of the greatest talents in women’s water polo in Greece, won a total of 10 trophies with Thrylos, specifically, two Champions Leagues, two LEN Super Cups, as well as three doubles. Last season (2023-24), he played for the National team, with whom he won the Greek Cup.
With the blue and white cap, Sofia Tornarou has won, among other things, two silver World medals, with the Junior National Team and the Young Women’s National Team.
