Evanthia Lavda’s statement: “I am very happy that in the new season I will be playing for Olympiakos. It is something very big for me, it could also be described as a reward, as it is something I dreamed of and wanted since my first steps in the field. With constant work and endless hours on the courts, all these years, I knew that at some point I would I was given the opportunity.
I feel really excited about this new experience and I can’t wait for this journey to begin. I’m sure I’ll give it my all to claim my place in the team and make the most of this opportunity. I wish we have a good season, with successes and, above all, health. Certainly, when you’re at the Olympics, the goal can’t be other than the titles and that’s what we’ll all fight for.”
