The Milwaukee Bucks made an important addition, significantly strengthening their bench with a capable scorer ahead of the new NBA season.
According to reporter Adrian Wojnarowski, the Stags have come to an agreement with Gary Trent Jr., with the two sides shaking hands on a one-year deal that runs through the summer of 2025.
The 25-year-old shooting guard recently refused the renewal proposal Toronto Raptors and decided to explore the market through free agency, finding his new basketball home in Milwaukee and alongside Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard.
Last season, the No. 37 overall pick in the 2018 draft, played in 71 regular season games – 41 as a starter – for the Raptors, counting 13.7 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists averaging an outstanding 39.3% from behind the three-point line.
