At the start of it Volleyball League of the 2024-25 season for October 26 concluded the Board of Directors of ESAP.
The organizing authority met on Tuesday (23/7) and concluded that the system for conducting the new championship will remain as it is, while in case the teams increase from 10 to 12 then he will proceed to new changes. Of course, the condition for adding two teams to the calendar is the increase of foreigners to 5 for each team!
In the battle for her 5th place the teams from 5th to 8th place will compete, while two teams will enter the playoffs, the 9th and 10th teams of the regular season. The 9th team will play a play-off with the 4th team of the 2024-25 Pre League and the 10th will be relegated.

“The meeting of the Board of Directors of E.S.A.P. has ended. which was scheduled for today, Tuesday, July 23, 2024, with organizational issues of the 2024-25 season on the agenda.
Information was given on legal issues, on the progress of contacts with Public Television, marketing, organization of the T.A.A. and operatives of E.S.A.P.
It was decided:
* Volley League 2024-25 to start October 26, 2024.
Regarding the system, there will be no changes in the playoffs as long as the teams are kept at 10. Specifically: The first 4 teams of the regular season will go to the semi-finals where qualification to the final will be decided on 3 wins.
For places 5-7 there will be a mini-league between the teams that will take 5th to 7th place in the regular season. The 5th team to emerge from the mini league will secure the 5th European ticket.
The teams from 8th to 10th place in the regular season will go to the playoffs. After the mini league the 8th team will stay in the division, the 9th and 10th will be relegated to the Pre League.
If the groups increase
In the event that it is decided to increase 12 teams (with the condition of increasing foreigners to 5 for each team) the first 4 teams of the regular season will continue in the semi-finals.
In the battle for 5th place, the teams from 5th to 8th place will compete.

* For the Nikos Samaras League Cup 2024-25 it was decided to be completed by December 31, 2024.
