Yare Berf-Gokker became PAOK’s handball player on Tuesday. The amateur “two-headed” announced the acquisition of the 25-year-old international Turkish goalkeeper, so that the department could be strengthened at home.
In the last two seasons, Burf-Gokker competed in her hometown Beledigesi.

“PAOK and the women’s handball department, PAOK mateco, announce the start of cooperation with the athlete, Jarre Berf-Goker, for the 2024-2025 season.
Born on 05/11/1999, Jarre Berf-Goker plays as a goalkeeper and is 177cm tall.
She took her first steps in handball in 2013 from Mudanya Belediyesi GSK, participating in the development leagues, while in the 2013-14 season she played for Izmir Buyuksehir.
In the 2014-15 season, she played for the Mudanya Belediyesi women’s team, gaining valuable experience at a very young age, a sign of her great talent.
He then followed a four-year spell (2015-2019) at Osmangazi Belediyesi, with whom he competed in the top division, making many appearances, but also having an excellent presence.
In the next three years (2019-2022), he played for Uskudar Belediyesi, increasing his performances from the top division of Turkey, a league which is one of the top in Europe.
In the previous two seasons (2022-2024) she wore the jersey of Kostamonu Belediyesi, the leading Turkish team in women’s handball. There, he competed in both the EHF Champions League and the EHF European League, while winning two Turkish championships.
He is an international with the Turkish national team, participating in three EHF Euros, two world championships and two Mediterranean Games.
