Elections were announced by SEGAS on 28-29/9 during the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Athletics Federation on Tuesday.
In detail, the announcement:
“During the meeting of today’s (12/8) Board of Directors of SEGAS, a General Assembly was announced during which the nominations will be made for the selection of the administration for the next four years.
The General Assembly will be held in Athens on September 28 and, in case there is no quorum, it will be held on September 29, 2024 at the same venue.
In addition, the SEGAS Board of Directors unanimously congratulated all the champions, the coaches, as well as the accompanying members of the Greek delegation in Paris, where they made great appearances at the Olympic Games.
Finally, it was decided that the team that will represent our country at the U20 World Athletics Championships in Peru (August 27-31) will leave one week earlier than the start of the event. And this is because the goal of the administration is for our athletes to be able to prepare as best as possible and to adapt to the weather conditions, but also to the time change they will encounter in Lima.
The departure of the team will be on August 20 at 20:15 and the return on September 2 at 19:35.
