Masouras: “We worked very hard in preparation and we are ready”

Only a few days before the first official game of Olympiakos for the new season, the George Masouras he spoke in front of the Cosmote TV camera, stressing that he and his teammates are ready for the challenges of the new season, having gone through a hard-working preparation.

For his thoughts a few days before the first official match of the season: “We recently finished a very nice preparation. We worked really hard and we all really enjoyed it. We are ready to start our match which we want to end with winning the championship”.

For the preparation: “We mainly worked on the system the coach wants and the ideas the coach has from last season. We just worked more on it now because we had the time unlike last year when we did it between games. I think it was also seen in the friendlies that there was a central idea that everyone supported”.

On how much the conquest of the European affects: “It is a very important advantage for a team to start a season having won a European title. Now we’ve made it and we have a compass essentially for what we need to do.”.
