We inform you that on Monday, March 28, at 18:00, a discussion on Double Regeneration will be held at the “Apostolos Nikolaidis” stadium (with entrance from Gate 10) for our members only (with or without the right to vote).
Initially, the Administration of Panathinaikos A.O. will be placed. and then those who request it will be placed and registered in the relevant list of speakers in time by mail that will be sent to [email protected] until Monday 28 March at 12:00
Please make the placements a maximum of 5 minutes. If questions are asked to the Management through the members’ positions, they will be answered at the end of the positions.
The General Assembly is scheduled for Tuesday, March 29 at 11:00 at the indoor stadium “Pavlos Giannakopoulos”. If no quorum is found, it will be repeated 24 hours later, according to the statute of the Association, on Wednesday, March 30 at 11:00.
The only topic of the General Assembly will be a secret vote FOR or AGAINST Double Regeneration, which will start at 12:00 and end at 19:00.
Clarifications regarding the letter voting that is applied for the first time this year.
All our members who are financially informed and have completed one year from the initial date of their registration have the right to vote by mail.
The letter ballot must be sent by registered letter or courier to the office of the Chairman of the Ephorate Committee (whose name and address will be announced as soon as the Ephorate Committee is appointed by the Athens Bar Association) in a sealed envelope measuring 16.5 cm x 11.5cm in order for the vote to be valid
This envelope with the ballot paper must be placed in a larger envelope (of any size) together with: a) a copy of the identity of the voting member (police ID, military / police ID, passport, driver’s license, health booklet) and b) AMKA in order to be checked if he is a voting member.
The ballot FOR or AGAINST Double Regeneration will be posted next week on our website and will have to be printed on an A4 page in order for the vote to be valid.
In closing I want to inform you what at this time our voting members are 3,011.
The total number of members who are registered and potentially eligible to vote is 17,872.
It is self-evident that in this historic General Assembly it is very important that our members who make the decision FOR or AGAINST be as much as possible and that any result be representative of the size of the largest Association in the country of our Panathinaikos.
We point out that the status of members with the right to vote will be posted on our website, in accordance with our statutes and sports law, ten full calendar days before the General Assembly, ie, until March 18, 2022.
