On Friday, Maria-Anastasia Bikou became an Olympiakos player. The “red and white” Amateur announced the acquisition of the 16-year-old regional for the next four years.
The former PAOK athlete has won a silver medal at the European Girls’ Championship.
In detail, the announcement:
“OLYMPIACOS SFP announces the start of its collaboration with Anastasia-Maria Bikou. The 16-year-old regional player (date of birth 25/8/2008, 1.74m.) signed her new four-year contract and joins the roster of the club’s women’s polo team.
Anastasia-Maria Bikou started playing polo at the age of six from PAOK, where she played until last season (2023-24). In recent years, in addition to the age championships, she also participated in the women’s team of PAOK.
With our ‘small’ National teams she has won a silver medal at the European Girls’ Championship in Croatia, but also the fifth place at the World Girls’ Championship in Turkey.
Anastasia-Maria Bikou’s statement: “I am very happy and excited about my transfer to Olympiakos.
