Yesterday, Saturday, September 21, policemen of the Larissa Security Sub-Directorate arrested five people and arrested one after an incident that occurred in the afternoon outside the AEL FC Arena, specifically during the half-time break of the championship match between AEL and Kavala.

A man was arrested yesterday, Saturday afternoon, in Larissa, by police officers of the Larissa Security Sub-Directorate, against whom a case file was filed for violation of sports legislation, attempted bodily harm and attempted damage to foreign property.
In particular, during the break of the half-time football match, fans came out of the stands of the stadium into the fenced surrounding area, and unnecessarily started throwing objects (stones, bottles, etc.) at the police forces that were on the scene.
The police forces, using appropriate means, managed to repel them.
-5- people were brought in, while -1- of them was arrested and a case was filed against him, as well as against unknown -so far- people.
The Larissa Security Sub-Directorate is conducting a preliminary investigation.
