Forced to pick up the pace in the 4th quarter, Olympiacos took a 67-65 lead with back-to-back points by Walkup and Vildosa made it 70-65 with another 3-pointer, with Carberry and Coffey, however, keeping Peristeri close to the score with important baskets . At that point in the match, Petrusev continued to give constant offensive solutions to the “red and whites”, putting his team at +5 (77-72), while with Peristeri running out of energy, Olympiacos finally managed to get the victory-qualification with 79-74.
