At his “helm”. Asteras Aktor it is officially from today o Savvas Pantelidis. The Tripoli team announced the return of the Greek coach without indicating the period of their collaboration.
“ASTERAS AKTOR announces the start of cooperation with the coach, Mr. Savvas Pantelidis, who takes over the technical leadership of the team. Mr. Savvas Pantelidis was ASTERAS AKTOR’s coach from September 2017 to November 2018. We welcome Mr. Pantelidis back to the ASTERAS AKTOR family and wish him every success”states in its announcement the team with the Greek technician making his first statements after the formalization of the deal.
In these the Pantelidis he acknowledges the bitterness of some teammates at his departure a few years ago in his first stint, and points out that his aim is to lead it to further success.
“In my life I have not learned to hide. I recognize that some moves when I left Asteras Tripoli a few years ago caused justified bitterness to the fans and the family of the team. However, I return today with sincerity and determination, ready to work hard , to regain the trust of the fans and take the team to a place where we have never seen it before. I have always believed in Asteras and his people, and I am here to bring success again, in a few words and a lot of work.”he concluded.
According to information, the contract signed by Pantelidis with Asteras Aktor will last until the end of the season.
