But there is something that is a non-negotiable rule for this to happen: The trust. When this is missing and not everyone is aligned to achieve common goals, then things change.

After four years of my involvement with the public of K.A.E. MARS Midea, I feel that it’s time for me to leave. I feel that the my presence does not inspire the entirety of the Martians. I feel and receive from a portion of the world, not in the best way it’s true, that my administrative cycle in ARIS basketball has come to an end.

I’m leaving with my conscience clear. I feel that I have given the Club my best. More or less, History will judge. What I definitely believe is that I am leaving a C.A.E. MARS Midea a lot stronger, organized and healthy at all levelscompared to the one I met four years ago.

In conclusion, I want to make only one plea: Management, coach and players must support themselves. The team has solid foundations, faith in its plan and will succeed. It’s a shame to they are so easily forgottenat the difficult start of a year, everything that was achieved with effort and sweat in the last four years.

I will stay eternally faithful to the Idea of ​​ARIS and of course I will be present next to you, from now on, as a simple sports fan. Besides, I never stopped feeling that way.
