ASTERAS AKTOR-Olympian
Olympiacos has maintained its unbeaten streak against ASTERAS AKTOR in 22 consecutive games in both venues. Eleven of them are in matches played in Tripoli, with the Red and Whites having six wins and five draws there.
ASTERAS AKTOR’s last victory over Olympiakos was in the 2013-14 season, when on March 26, 2014 they won 2-1 (22′ De Blasis, 90′ Cardoso – 60′ Vergos).
ASTERAS AKTOR have not scored in their last seven home games against Olympiakos, where they have five defeats and two clean draws. The last footballer to find the net for the Arcadia team was Iglesias on January 28, 2018 in a 1-1 draw (21′ Iglesias – 39′ Ansarifard).
In his maiden year in the First National League, in 2007-08, Asteras Tripoli managed to beat Olympiakos 1-0 (34′ Filomeno), a result that was a continuation of his first victory in the division which came against Panathinaikos with 1 -0 (51′ Martins).
The biggest victory of Olympiakos in Arcadia took place in 2019-20 and was with a score of 5-0 with Masoura – El Arabi scoring two goals each and the other coming from Bruma.
Panathinaikos-Aris
Only in two of the last ten games with Panathinaikos at home have both teams scored. The Greens count three victories with 1-0, three with 2-0 and Aris has won twice with 1-0. The matches in which they both scored were for the Playoffs process, on April 18, 2021 in the Yellows’ 2-1 win and on May 14, 2023, when they drew 1-1.
Panathinaikos is dominant in the matches between the two teams in Athens, having 47 wins and 11 draws in 65 matches, but the Yellows have obtained positive results in the last 20 years. In the 2020-21 season, in fact, they prevailed away from home both in the regular season (1-0 with a goal by Mancini) and in the Playoffs (2-1 with goals by Manus and Mateo Garcia).
In these two matches, the coach of Aris was Akis Manzios, who led the Thessaloniki team to victory over Panathinaikos and in the last match between the two teams for the championship, since on April 28, 2024, Aris prevailed 1-0 in Alexandra Avenue stadium for the Playoffs of the championship.
PAOK-OFI
After three consecutive games without a win against OFI, PAOK prevailed 4-0 on January 3, 2024 in Toumba. The Cretan team had managed to get two draws from Dikephalos in the 2022-23 season in Heraklion and Toumba, while last season they prevailed 1-0 at home for the First Round of the championship.
This victory of OFI in the First Round of the 2023-24 season in Crete, put an end to the unbeaten streak that PAOK had with OFI for twelve consecutive games home and away. In these 12 matches, there were nine PAOK wins and three draws.
The first meeting between the two teams was on September 22, 1968, in OFI’s debut in the First National/Super League for the 1st matchday of the 1968-69 championship. The 4-1 was scored with two goals by Koudas and one each by Aslanidis and Lazos, while the first in the history of OFI in the division was scored by Thanasis Karakyriakos in the 60th minute.
The most popular score in the head-to-head is 2-0 with eight appearances, while 1-0 has seven appearances. It follows 3-0 with five, while the clean sheet has appeared five times.
Giorgos Koudas, Dimitris Salpingidis and Tsoumba Akpom are the three footballers who are at the top of the scorers list in the PAOK – OFI matches with five goals. For OFI, Mauro has scored three goals in away games against PAOK.
Athens Kallithea-Atromitos
The two teams have coexisted in the First National/Super League for just one season. It was in 2005-06, when Atromitos managed to win both of their games for the championship, initially in Kallithea with 2-3 (37′ Venetis, 45′ Lazanas – 47′ Doe, 55′ Zacharopoulos, 90′ Doe). For the Second Round, the Peristeri team prevailed at home with 2-1 (46′ Merino, 57′ Karadimos – 90′ Radonovic).
The last time the two teams met was for the Greek Cup, where on December 1, 2016, Athens Kallithe prevailed 1-0 in a match that was part of the groups of the institution. Nikos Stamatakos scored the only goal of the match.
This was the second consecutive season that they met for the Greek Cup, since on December 16, 2015 they met again for the group stage, where Atromitos prevailed at the Kallithea stadium with 4-2. Kouros, Le Talek, Brito and Napoleoni scored for the Peristeri team, while Arnarellis and Massena scored for AthensKallithea.
Athens Kallithea are still winless in this year’s league (5 draws – 3 losses), while Atromitos away from home have a win, a draw and a loss.
