On Friday night (01/11, 21:00), o Red Star hosts him Panathinaikos AKTOR in Belgrade for the 7th matchday of the Euroleague.

“The European champions are coming, I don’t think we need more motivation than that. We play in front of our audience, here in Pioneer Hall, where everything is closer to the floor and a good atmosphere is created. We have our chances, we just have to enter the match aggressively and strong in defense.
Emotions have now subsided since what happened with Zalgiris. Everything has been said at the moment, the club said what they had to say, I said what I have to say and the Euroleague will definitely punish me, so I don’t want to increase that punishment even more. We must forget what happened and now focus on Panathinaikos.
We will analyze the defense and attack for the match against Panathinaikos. It is important for me to rest, because only when I am rested will I find the right solutions in attack. I don’t worry so much about them, I prefer to think about us. This year there are the same basketballs in all the courts, there is no difference, so my confidence is always high, I don’t care about the surroundings, I am focused.”
