“The Board of Directors of “PAE PAOK”, AR. M.A.E. 99130/06/B/86/77 and NO. G.E.M.H 122030904000, in accordance with the law 4548/2018, as in force, and its Statute, invites Mr. Shareholders of the Company at an Ordinary General Meeting on December 17, 2024, Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the PAOK PAOK offices on Mikras Asias Street – Toumpa Stadium in Thessaloniki.
ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Submission and approval of the Financial Statements for the corporate year 01.07.2023-30.06.2024, which include the relevant Reports of the Board of Directors and the Certified Auditor-Accountant in accordance with the provisions of law 4548/2018.
Approval of the overall management of the company by the Board of Directors for the corporate year 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024 and discharge of the auditors.
Election of Audit Company for the annual Financial Statements of the Company for the corporate year 01.07.2024-30.06.2025.
Approval of remuneration for members of the Board of Directors for the corporate year 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024.
Increase of the company’s share capital by payment of cash and deposits intended for the increase of share capital and the issuance of new shares subject to article 28 of Law 4548/2018 and abolition of the pre-emptive right of the old shareholders in the new increase of the Share Capital in accordance with the provisions of article 27 of the law. 4548/2018.
Amendment of article 7 (share capital) of the company’s articles of association.
