“Panathinaikos was betrayed by its defense again”: Petrides’ comment on the defeat of the “greens” by Monaco

In his very poor defensive function Panathinaikou AKTOR in another EuroLeague game this year, attributed the home defeat of the European champions to Monaco, the George Petridis.

In his comment on sport-fm.gr, the “green” reporter analyzed the elements that led Panathinaikos to defeat with score 91-88 from Vassilis Spanoulis’ total, whereas, he emphasized that he must immediately become more militant and for “Eptasteros” to find its footing in defense.

“Panathinaikos in another game in this year’s Euroleague was betrayed by its poor defensive function. The players did not have the required commitment in defense. Monaco struck in the open field and the surprise, after Ataman’s players had poor returns. Lots of mistakes, with Monaco getting 25 points from this stat.
