“I don’t want to get into the debate between Jordan and LeBron because I don’t think that’s journalism. Ernie Johnson said he’s 3-4 games away from surpassing Jordan in 30+ point games. And I answered him that Lebron has already played seven more seasons. I’m never going to say anything bad about LeBron, he’s a great player, but that’s an unbelievable statBarkley pointed out.
For the record, LeBron James is in his 22nd NBA season, while Michael Jordan played for 15 years and has 442 fewer games than the Lakers’ ace. Despite all that, the ‘Air’ is still ahead of the ‘king’ in 30+ point games, 562 to 558.
