Alvaro gave Getafe a breather and… sank Espanyol!

Getafe has a pulse, Espanyol is “breathing heavily”! In a close but marginal match at “Alfonso Perez”, the Madrid team had scorer and savior Alvaro who, with a stunning header in the eighth minute, scored the only goal of the match, sent his team to +3 from his zone relegation and kept the Catalans in the lower strata of the standings!

Third goal of the season for the Uruguayan, who plays for Getafe, on loan from Real Madrid and second consecutive victory at the “Coliseum” for the first time after a year and a half!
