The management committee of the Athenian Qualco is happy to welcome Nikos Kambouris to its family. The Greek coach from the Elite League and Iraklis will join the technical team of Stella Kaltsidou, replacing Thanos Konstantopoulos.

The 32-year-old coach has written a long career on the pitches, practically before he was even born and being the son of the legend of 1987, Argyris Kampouris.

He, however, followed his own path and became one of the youngest technicians to find himself as the first coach of an Elite League team, with his presence at Iraklis in both league matches for the 4th and 5th season. He was in the technical team of Petar Aleksic and remained a partner of Haris Markopoulos until the recent match with Proteas in Voula.

In the past, he has worked in the infrastructure departments of Olympiakos, in the U13, U14 and U18 teams, as well as in the One Team program of the Euroleague. At the same time, he was an active player until the 2023-24 season, with a career in Panneapoliakos, Olympiakos, Mantoulidis, Marousi, Kolossos Rhodes with whom he played in the Basket League, Mykonos and Amyntas.
