The Nea Smyrna team announced the acquisition of the 30-year-old winger, Bianca Busawith the experienced Serb coming to our country with a heavy and full resume from Europe’s top leagues.
An international with her country’s national team, Busa has conquered from 2015 until now nine Olympic medals, European and World championships with the “plavi”!

“The management committee of the women’s volleyball department of Panionion announces the start of the collaboration with Bianca Busa. The 30-year-old winger comes from Serbia and is 1.90 m tall.
In 2009, she made her professional debut in the Serbian league with Postar-064 of Belgrade. In 2010 he went to Vizura, where he stayed for four years. During this period he won two championships, a Cup and a Serbian Super Cup.
In 2015 he was transferred to the Italian Vicenza and then went to Romania on behalf of Targovi?te, with whose shirt he won the Cup. In the 2016-2017 season he returned to Italy on behalf of Metalleghe Montichiari. From 2017 to 2020 he played in Poland with Chemik Police, winning the championship in the 2017/18 season.
In 2020 he signed a contract with the Turkish Fenerbahce, while in 2021 he was in Russia on behalf of Lokomotiv Kaliningrad. The continuation found her again in Turkey, where she competed with the jerseys of PTT Sport, VakifBank and Aras Kargo Spor Kulubu.
With Serbia’s junior national teams, Busa won four medals in as many European Championships. In 2015 he joined the first team of the National Team with which he won the gold medal at the 2017 European Championship. In 2018 and 2022 he celebrated the gold medal at the World Championship.
