“Bells” in Panathinaikos and Tzavella, questions about the delay

“He imposed on PAE Panathinaikos a monetary penalty of three thousand (3,000) euros and on Giorgos Tzavellas the following disciplinary penalties: a) a monetary penalty of three thousand (3,000) euros, of the first indicted PAE responsible for the monetary penalty in question, jointly and severally with him and b) a penalty of banning entry to the playing field and the dressing room for one (1) month”.
