In particular, the identification of the Police Authority, through the utilization of the relevant video material, of three (3) natural persons who slammed into the Karditsa Indoor Gymnasium “Giannis BOUROUSIS” from a plastic bottle of full water, each to cause physical injury to the athletes there, etc. During the basketball match “AS KARDITSA OEM – OEM PERISTERI” on 9/2/2025, for the Basket League Championship (ESAKE) 2024/2025,
imposed by its decision No. 7/2025 at the expense of each of them:
(a) the administrative ratification (fine of) of three thousand euros (3,000 €) and
(b) The prohibition of their entry as spectators, in sports facilities where sports events of any sport or sport and any event are held for two (2) years.
