Clarification
Each natural person may own 1 lasting ticket/single race ticket.
The transfer ticket will be active as an option to Gov.gr Wallet up to 6 hours before the start of the race, with the applicable transfer requirements announced by PAOK PAE.
Children do not enter free & should normally have either a ticket or a single race ticket as well as be accompanied by an adult sports fan.
For the entry of children into the stadium, the adult companion should necessarily have any official public identification document because of the child’s identification.
Children’s individual tickets have a solar limit of 12 years, only available on ports 1-2-3-5-6-8 & their number is limited.
In online purchases there is a limit of 5 tickets per account.
We inform all our fans that there is no possibility of entering the stadium without the use of the gov.gr Wallet application. That is why it is necessary to install it by those who do not yet have it.
The sports fan should add & identify his ticket to the Gov.gr Wallet application, following the procedure provided for by the current legislation to access the Tuba stadium.
To download the application it is necessary to use Taxisnet/Web Banking Personal Codes, as well as possessing a confirmed mobile phone number in the National Communication Register (EMP).
The gov.gr Wallet app is available free of charge for Apple holders at the Apple Store and Android holders on Google Play.
We draw the attention that the declared ticket holder on the PAOK Ticket Platform should be the one who will eventually be identified in the gov.gr Wallet application.
Regarding the identification of overseas residents through the “event tickets” in the gov.gr Wallet application, we inform you the following
-The application can only be used by NFC passport holders of technology or new NFC technology identities (excluding foreign residents with Greek passports/identities).
-The NFC of the NFC of Technology or NFC NFC is reported when purchasing the ticket, should be the same as the Diavai/Identity Article to be used in the identification through the Gov.gr Wallet application, otherwise the ticket will not be identified.
-When purchasing the ticket, please register the Diabetic/Identity No. but also the details of the holder only with upper English characters.
-The “Event Tickets” option is not addressed to foreign residents holding a Greek passport/identity.
-Please do not choose the “Skip” as it is a function that has not yet been properly implemented & is in an experimental stage.

PAOK PAE clarifies that it is not involved in the process of adding the digital ticket to gov.gr Wallet from its purchase and thereafter. For any technical problem arising on the addition to Gov.gr Wallet or any malfunctions or people who do not have access to it, they should only refer to Gov.gr Citizen Service (support.gov.gr).
