Collection of food and other goods for needy people on the sidelines of AEK-Nader

A few words about the Reception and Solidarity Center of the Municipality of Athens (KYADA):

Through the Citizens’ Mutual Node, more than 4,500 families are supported under the limits of poverty with food, personal hygiene, clothing and everything else in need in his life.

It also offers psychosocial support, providing labor counseling, so that they can stand on their feet and “return” to society. It has three social clinics (pathological, mental health and dental clinic), a social salon and a social washing machine.

The Athenian home hosts our elderly homeless fellow citizens.

The Multipurpose Homeless Center covers through the day center of the basic, daily needs of beneficiaries such as washing clothes, individual baths, feeding and coffee and hosts our homeless fellow citizens.

Beneficiaries can also receive clothing and other species from the building that operates in the building.

But the help does not stop there, as the interdisciplinary streetwork teams, consisting of social workers, psychologists and nurses, are on the streets of the city daily, offering people who remain on the streets, food, clothes, bedding.
