Kostas Violitzis (Vice President of OHE/Faculty President): “We have the pleasure of hosting a big arena, at the CAE AEK stadium, which yesterday also achieved a big European victory, for which we congratulate it and wish to qualify for the Final Four.

To congratulate the president of the OHE, Costas Gandi, on the idea and its implementation of the handball to this great Olympic facility, we are not afraid of playing in great stages full of fans and we have proven it many times. A few weeks ago the Final Four of the Women’s Cup in Mikra was successfully organized in an excellent atmosphere.

We would like to thank the people of the amateur AEK and the president of CAE AEK for their significant assistance so that the Final Four can be held here and also our federation staff for the implementation of the e -ticket that is first applied in the Greek handball and raises us. There are four teams here with their own important story in the sport, to wish good and fair matches, let’s not forget that the Cup is the institution of surprises. ”

Kostas Stamatiadis (Secretary General of OHE): “For us, it’s one of the great moments. When our sport succeeds with blood, pain and tear to organize events in large facilities. This arena opened for the first time in 2013 and in 2014 the Cup final was held, which were present two of today’s coaches (Zaravina, Deligiannis) and Tasos Papadionyou. We do not have our own stadium, we make a great effort to put the sport on a big stadium.

Frederic Bowry (AEK coach): “We thank Zafirakis technician for his kind words. We are happy to be in the Final Four. I would like to thank the AEK AEK and the Federation for the opportunity they are giving us to fight in this great arena.

Vangelis Arabatzis (AEK leader): “Congratulations to all the teams in the Final Four. Congratulations to the Federation that has managed to make handball on such a stadium, which will do good and give a glamor to the sport.
