Snel Arena Beautiful: All changes to AEK Betsson Stadium

AEK’s friends, as well as all visitors to the event, will find themselves on a stadium completely different from what they knew – completely refreshed in each aspect.

Extensive interventions are the result of AEK’s Bettson BC strategic cooperation with the Sunel Group and evolve rapidly, with the aim of completing it before the start of the event. This is the first phase of an ambitious, multi -year plan, aiming to turn Sunel Arena into a modern, multifunctional destination with constant operation and new identity.

In this context, the exterior evening lighting of the stadium is completely changing, with the aim of highlighting the building in a clearer, more impressive and more imposing way. The Snel Arena acquires a new presence and character in the evening, keeping in line with its overall transformation. On the roof of the stadium will be placed for the first time the “Sunel Arena” logo, an element that clearly captures the new era of space.

At the same time, VIP suites are completely remodeled, with new arrangements, floors, lighting and televisions. They are invested with modern materials and are designed from the beginning to provide comfort, privacy and unobstructed views of the field. The hosting experience is substantially upgraded, meeting the requirements of both international sports events and high -quality cultural or business events.

The stadium now has new black seats, offering greater uniformity and pure view in the space. In addition, other corrective moves are underway both outside and indoors. At the same time, Snel Arena’s domestic and external branding is completely refreshed, with new banners, signage and unified aesthetic interventions that shape a modern, cohesive environment for the visitor. For the needs of the BCL Final Four 2025 Powered by Sunel, FIBA’s central Cube will be placed, which will display statistics, repetitions and dynamic content during the games. Its presence greatly enhances the overall experience of the Final Four, and after the event, AEK Betsson BC will proceed with its permanent Cube ownership, further strengthening the technological infrastructure of the Sunel Arena.
