“Decision for approval:
(a) The extension with a revision of 332 days, that is, until 16.04.2027, without the fault of the contractor, the total deadline of the project “CONSTRUCTION OF PANATHINAIKOS FOOTBALL FOOTBALL”. 150070/19.05.2023 (APA: 955) – AKTOR SA – METKA SA » of AP 118373/02.05.2024 (APA: 9pm6m-A24 and ADAM 24SYMV014762310 2024-05-16), in accordance with article 147 of Law 4412/2016, as in force,
b) of the revised timetable as submitted by the contractor consortium and
(c) the validity of the additional payment clause (premium) in the contractor consortium, provided the project is completed by 3.6 months earlier than the new final deadline of 16.04.2027, that is, earlier than 29.12.2026, in accordance with Article 149 (3) (A.111997/02.05.2025)“
