Aris prevailed 11-9 over UK Volos in Thessaloniki in a postponed match of the third round of the second phase of the A1 men’s polo and got its first victory in this year’s championship and at the same time in the fourth group of the tournament, leaving Thessaly without success.
The match was shocking and intense. Aris was ahead with 5-1, but Voliotes tied 7-7 in the first half. In the second half, however, Thessaloniki imposed their rhythm for the final 11-9.
