AEK’s volleyball player became Katerina Valkova on Tuesday. The Union has announced the acquisition of the 29th Great International Czech pastor for the next season to strengthen the section and claim the title in the Volley League of women.
Valkova last season competed in the Romanian Alba Blai and reached the final of the CEV Cup, while with the National Team of its homeland won the gold medal in the Challenger Cup 2024 and the European Golden League 2019.

“AEK is pleased to announce the launch of its partnership with Katerina Valkova. The 29 -year -old (06/02/1996) International Czech Pasador, 1.77m high, is part of the club’s women’s volleyball team.
Katerina Valkova in her professional career has competed in TJ Ostrava, PVK OLYMP PRAHA, VFB Suhl Lotto Thuringen, VK Up Olomouc, USC Munster, Uyba Volley Busto Arsizio and CSM Volei Alba-Blaj. With Alba-Blaj the season that has just finished, he reached the CEV Cup finals, while winning the double in Romania. Its palmar adorns another Romanian Cup with the Olomouc jersey.
It is international with the Czech national team, with which it has celebrated, among other things, the gold medal in the Challenger Cup 2024 and the European Golden League 2019.
