“It’s time for me, as a footballer, to say goodbye to all of you, my PAOKara.
It’s really hard to find the right words. Since it was announced last Monday, that I was leaving PAOK, I have received incredible love and moving messages from the world for the last five years. All I can do is to pay back this love. I’m really excited.
The last five years have been unique to me. Together we celebrated a cup and a championship. I always wore the PAOK jersey with pride and honor, and I had the privilege of competing in 241 games with this great club.
Time spent very quickly for us as a family. Thanks to your hospitality, we immediately felt at home. Being a footballer is the most beautiful and better profession I can imagine, but football changes quickly and the change is part of it. Success and beautiful memories will stay forever.
I will be missing a lot of living these emotions and passion with you every week, every race! We want to say a huge thanks for everything we lived together, for an unforgettable and successful route.
My football journey continues, of course I will watch you closely and celebrate your every success!
