With Murato and Dipiros the world -friendly anti -drug day

The Hellenic Police Athletic Association in collaboration with the University of Western Attica and the Organized Crime Directorate / Drug Enforcement Division, in the context of the World Drug Day, organized a meeting, awareness and mobilization of the public, Non -negotiable, with the participation of groups from the above bodies.

The conference was held at the Yiannis Conference Center H. Kyriopoulos of the University of Western Attica and addressed Aristides Papagrigoriou, Professor of Vice -Rector and Economic Affairs of Sustainable Development of the University of Western Attica Anastasia Chalkia, Sociologist, Doctor of PhD, Criminal Court of Criminal Center Research Officer and the President of the Hellenic Police Athletic Association Georgios Tzatzakis.

During the workshop were issues such as:

1. Addiction Prevention Politics: Necessity and Challenges for Public Health

2. Life synergy: Police and community together to deal with dependency

3. Digital transformation of dependency, forensic and regulatory challenges

4. EOPAE Integrated model of prevention and treatment of dependency.

At the “Stavros Venice” indoor gym in Aigaleo, a friendly basketball match between the teams of the Hellenic Police Athletic Association, the Drug Enforcement Directorate and the University of Western Attica was held. In the race, a number of spectators as well as invited institutions gave the race. The Attica Regional Governor was represented by Vassilis Lolos, Vice -Mayor of Western Sector Athens, while the present was given by international athletes of well -known Stoiximan GBL Vasilis Mouratos and Nikos Dpiros. All participants sent a loud message that a friendly basketball match is not just a sporting activity, it is a symbolic act, a celebration of life, cooperation, discipline and the power of the soul, it is the teaching of all we need to keep young people away from them.
