“Yesterday, I was informed by Red Bull that I would no longer deal with the business or team in the future. I will continue to work in the company, but the baton will be delivered. It was a shock to me. I had the opportunity to reflect on the last 12 hours and I wanted to stand in front of you all to announce these news and to express my gratitude to every member of the group that has given so much over the past 20.5 years“, He stressed.
“When I arrived 20 years ago, there were a few fewer gray hair. I got into a group and didn’t know what to expect, but immediately they welcomed me and we started building what became a force on the F1. Being a member of this group was the greatest privilege of my life“, Horner added, during the days of which Red Bull dominated from 2010 to 2013 with Sebastian Vettel and from 2021 to 2024 with Max Ferstapen.
