Diamantis Slaftsakis returns to PAOK Mateco

PAOK Mateco announces the deal with Diamantis Slaftsakis, who returns to our team to play again with black and white in the 2025-26 season. We again welcome Diamantis Slaftsaki to the large PAOK family.

Diamantis Slaftsakis returns to PAOK after two seasons, having again worn our team’s jersey in the 2022-23 season. He had played in 35 games (27 league games, 7 BCL games and a cup game), with 73 points and 43 rebounds. Hard in his game and with a focus on defense, the 31 -year -old forward returns to offer with his experience in our team’s effort.

Diamantis Slaftsakis was born in Thessaloniki on July 27, 1994. He has a height of 2m.01 and competes as a power forward. He started his career with the Chalkidona team, competed in Mandoulides Schools and signed his first professional contract with KAO Drama in 2012. 2023-24) and in Colossus Rhodes (2021-22 and 2024-25).

During last season, he competed with the Rhodes team in 29 league and BCL games, with 2.6 points and 2.3 rebounds on average.

He has competed during his career in 314 league games, and has wore the “blue -white” 34 times with the national teams of children, teenagers and young men.
