To impose on Club Atletico Independiente, for breach of Articles 8.1, 8.2, 12.1 paragraphs (a), (b) and d), 12.2 paragraphs (a), (b), (i) and i) the Disciplinary Code of Conmebol, Article 22, (a) and (d) the Security Regulation of Conmembol 2025 and Article 5.1.11 of Article 5.1.11.11 Associations Manual of Conmebol Sudamericana 2025, the following sanctions:
1.1. CLUB ATLETICO INDEPENDIENTE from the present edition of Conmebol Sudamericana 2025, without exception from future competitions.
1.2. OBLIGATION to play with closed doors in the next 7 (seven) matches as a host in Conmebol competitions. “
