The 32 -year -old Austrian midfielder (13/10/1993), returns to the Greek Championship on behalf of Chania, bringing with him great experience and performances from top events. Spiridonovic is mainly struggling as a left -wing extremist, but can play in all positions behind the striker, using both his feet with ease, which gives multiple solutions to our team’s offensive game.
His career began with the infrastructure departments of Rapid Vienna, and his big step came with his transfer to Austria Vienna at the age of 17. He then competed in Italy, wearing the Vicenza jerseys (8 appearances – 1 assist) and Messina (7 appearances – 1 goal). From there he moved to Anmira Veker (2015-2017), where he had two full season with 54 appearances and 9 goals and 6 assists.
In the summer of 2017 he came to Greece on behalf of Panionios, with whom he played in 54 games scoring 13 goals and distributing 6 assists until 2019. Pogon Sketsin followed in Poland (2019/20), where he recorded 24 goals with 6 goals. His excellent appearances brought him to the Red Star Belgrade (2020-21), with whom he played 24 times, scored 5 goals and scored 6 assists, participating in the Champions League and Europa League qualifiers.
The second half of the same period fought in Turkey in the colors of Gentzlerbirligi Ankara, recording 6 appearances.
