Panathinaikos is in the Netherlands where on Thursday night (23/10) it will face Feyenoord as part of the second League Phase of the Europa League, looking for a positive result and ideally the victory in order to “erase” the shocking defeat by Go Ahead Eagles.
Speaking at the usual press conference, Adam Cherin referred to the difficult task that the “clover” has, stressing that everyone must be attached to the plan, while adding that Panathinaikos has the quality to leave “De Kap” with the three points.

We were better, we were in control, but in the end we didn’t get points. This is football. Tomorrow we will play against a good opponent in a nice stadium and with warm fans. I believe that if we present ourselves properly we can succeed”.
On how he should face Feyenoord: “They didn’t start well in the competition, but in the championship they are the leaders. In the previous match they won 7-0. It’s a very young, quality team. We have to look solid and not leave any space, because if they find space, they can punish you. I think we have enough quality to play against such teams and get points.”
