The Olympiakos women’s polo team had no trouble making it 5 out of 5 in the Greek championship. The red and white team easily beat NO Chania 21-3 in a match in the context of the 5th game that had been postponed.
Olympiacos had a 10 goal difference at half time, this increased to 18 goals in the last period before the final 21-3.
“We knew it was a match with a team of lower potential. Our aim was to have a good practice, work on some things we have done this week in training and find even more race pace“, said Chryssa Ciouti who scored 3 goals and concluded:
“We look match by match. We want to have a rhythm for the next Champions League match, which is important and we have to present ourselves seriously.”
