New videos of missing tennis player Peng Shui have been leaked to China’s state media, as international pressure on Beijing to provide credible evidence of her whereabouts and whether the 35-year-old is safe is intensifying.
The first of the new videos was released by Global Times editor Xu Xinjin: It shows the tennis player attending a younger tennis match.
It should be noted that Xinjiang posted on Twitter, a platform officially banned in China.

His claim is that the video was taken today, Sunday, but this fact has not been confirmed and is already disputed by the International Women’s Tennis Association (WTA), which characterized the data as insufficient to certify that Swai is free and safe.
There was also a second video clip of Peng Shui. He shows her signing tennis balls to children as an “inspirational move to motivate more young children into the sport.”
Finally, a third video that preceded shows Shuai eating at a Beijing restaurant, presumably on Saturday night.

Xinjiang, writing in English on Twitter, noted that the video in the restaurant shows Peng Shui having dinner with her coach and her friends.
The discussion is about tennis and one of the men who is with Peng and two other women appears to say “tomorrow is November 20th”. But a woman hastily interrupts him and tells him “it’s November 21st”.
In addition to international diplomatic and governmental authorities and organizations that have expressed their concern (White House, Foreign Office, United Nations, etc.) on Saturday the issue was also raised by Roger Federer: “She is one of our tennis champions, a former tennis player. one. It is clearly worrying. I hope it is safe. ”
