BeReal, a new social media app popular with Gen Z users, has its own selling point by sharing candid, unfiltered images.
The main prerequisite for the app is that users need to share the time of day in real time.
And before France-based entrepreneurs launched the app in early 2020, most users (at least 65%) signed up in 2022.
Every day, at various times, app users are notified that it’s “BeReal” time and are asked to take and share a photo within 2 minutes.
The two images are taken simultaneously by the front and rear cameras of the user’s phone.
However, there are times when you are not satisfied with the image. Fortunately, the app allows you to delete images.
That is how.
For iPhone users
Go to the options menu in BeReal.
Then tap the time it took.

For Android users
Open the dot menu in the top right corner of BeReal and open[私のBeRealを削除]Click.
Just like the other issues in this app, there are pitfalls. BeReal can only be removed once a day, so it can be used judiciously.
After you share a post, you have the option to delete it so no one else can see it.
Therefore, if you share and delete a BeReal post and then share another BeReal post, you will not be able to delete the second shared post.
