Reducing gas emissions is a big bet for air travel, at a time when efforts in many areas to green transition.
In the light of this venture a Spanish airline decided to take a decisive step.

Air Nostrum, which is based in Iberia and is based in Valencia, is expected to receive the aircraft by 2026.
Its manufacturers had predicted that the Airlander 10, introduced in 2016 – would be released by 2025.
Made by Hybrid Air Vehicles (HAV) based in the United Kingdom, hybrid aircraft could reduce emissions by 90%, according to the company.
Taking advantage of the sun and electricity, will accommodate 100 passengers and will usually fly 300-400 kilometers according to the manufacturer.
Of course the flight will not be … lightning fast. The maximum speed will be 129 km per hour.
HAV says that in the future, possible short-haul routes for the aircraft could include Liverpool to Belfast (168 miles), Seattle to Vancouver (127 miles) and Oslo to Stockholm (263 miles).
